REFUND POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all products sold at www.sewsmart.com

PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

Cancellation
Cancellation or Modification of your Order can be done within 24 hours from your purchase.
You must submit a request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours from your purchase by email to mireille@sewsmart.com.

To avoid delay in processing your order cancellation, please provide your order number and all the details concerning the items you want to cancel in your email.

To modify an order, please provide your order number, style, size and color for which ordered item you want to modify. 

While quantity last, we will do our best to process your modification request.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your order is processed, and it is too late to cancel or modify it

Returns
We want you to love your Sew Smart products! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
1. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in reusable condition.
2. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at mireille@sewsmart.com with your order details.
2. We will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Important Notes
Return shipping costs are covered for defective items or errors on our part. For other returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
